Best Western University Inn

We were visiting our granddaughter at SLU, Canton, NY and loved the BW location right next to campus. The BW had a great vibe for our son, grand daughter and Kaya (our Nova Scotia duck trolling retriever). They were very happy to give us a great room on the ground floor next to outside door to trails and park. We hit a perfect October weekend with peak fall colors and loved the trails for walking Kaya next to SLU campus. The location was conveniently right across the street from gas, groceries and Dunkin Donuts.

The pool and hot tub facilities are very nice. The terrace leading out to the golf course from the pool area make it feel like a little retreat. We did not have breakfast or try the restaurant. The restaurant did look nice, though.

Location next to SLU was really perfect for visiting our granddaughter this beautiful October Fall weekend. Right across the street from gas and Dunkin! We hiked the campus trails right outside the hotel door. Our Nova Scotia Duck Trolling springer loved her bed and was very comfortable at BW University hotel. Barista in the hotel bar was terrific and made yummy Mojitos to take to the room!

Everything was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The pool and hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable.
